  • We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that shared content will achieve specific results.
  • Interflyers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
    • Loss of business, revenue, or data
    • Misuse or misrepresentation of shared content
    • Technical issues, service interruptions, or unauthorized access

  • Interflyers offers optional paid services including flyer design, website development, business plans, and presentation materials.
  • Service fees, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly communicated before payment.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

8. 💬 Community Engagement & Rewards

  • Members earn points for sharing ads, engaging with others, and contributing to the community.
  • Points may be used for platform benefits or recognition, but have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Abuse of the reward system (e.g. fake engagement, spam) may result in account suspension.

9. 👥 Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Interflyers.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep your account secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
